AGE REQUIREMENTS:

YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT A PERSONAL WATERCRAFT
21 OR OLDER TO OPERATE
No passengers UNDER 13 years old

FLORIDA RENTAL EXAM:

For anyone born after January 1st, 1988:
- Per State Law, In order to rent a jet ski in the State of Florida, you must complete the Online Temporary Boaters Exam. The exam is $9.99 and the license is good for 90 days.
- You may also choose to do the Lifetime License. The exam is FREE and the certificate is good for a lifetime.
- Only the driver needs to take the exam. A Passenger does not need the exam.

Before participating in Salty Fun activities, please ensure that you have no physical or mental conditions that would preclude you from doing so including but not limited to pregnancy. We strongly advise against participating in any activities that go against medical advice. Additionally, everyone is required to wear wetsuit bottoms unless a waver is signed upon arrival. Also please note that the combined limit to ride cannot exceed 400 lbs.
