Salty Fun Jet Ski Rentals
GENERAL
Arrival Time:
We ask that guests please arrive at location 30 minutes prior to the reservation so that we can check you in, fit you for life jackets, and give a tutorial on how to safely operate the jet skis. If you are late, you will be considered a No-Show. No-Shows will not get a refund.
Attire:
Wetsuit bottoms are required by our insurance for personal injury reasons, unless waived, which means you can opt out and in the case that you do fall off the jet ski, you will accept liability for personal injury. We do ask that guests please wear appropriate attire. For example: bathing suits, sports shorts, dry-fit shirts, etc. (No jean shorts or khakis) Additionally, sunglasses and hats sometimes get blown off by the wind, if you would like to wear them, it is recommended that you wear a pair you will be okay with losing.
Waiver:
Upon arrival for check-in you will need to complete a Liability Waiver and a Damage Waiver. You are financially responsible for any damage done to your jet ski. IF YOU ARE BEING RECKLESS AND FLIP A JET SKI YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be subject to 50% Non-refundable deposit.
WEATHER:
100% refunded due to dangerous weather conditions (thunderstorm, Lightning.) We will reach out to you if we have to suspend operations due to weather conditions.
No-Shows:
If you are a no-show, you will have to pay the total amount of the reservation.
Please be On Time:
You are responsible for being on time for your appointment.
You must arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation.
When you book your reservation, you will be sent a link with directions to our location, where to park your vehicle and where to go after you park to arrive. We do not accept excuses for late arrivals including bad traffic. Please GPS ahead of time and plan accordingly.
Please be Prepared:
As stated in the Requirements page of our website, per the State of Florida, if born after January 1, 1988 and do not already have a valid Boaters License, you are required to take the Temporary Boaters Exam.
This exam can only be done online and must be done prior to your scheduled appointment time. This license is good for 90 days. You may choose to take the Lifetime License Exam instead and this one is good for a lifetime.
Either way, We will need to see proof! We are not responsible for you or anyone in your party not having the exam completed by the start or the appointment time.
